Packaging Approval: We present a Silver Seal’ once your approved formulation is ready in your selected packaging. This symbolises our agreement on the final product specifications that would be actioned at the Purchase Order stage. The Silver Seal is a preview of your end product and is a crucial checkpoint in our partnership. You retain a sample for your records and return a signed sample to us at Orean, signifying your approval and paving the way for the next steps in our exciting journey together.

Stability Is Everything.

Stability Testing: After the approval of the Bronze Seal, Orean initiates the crucial stage of standard stability testing. This process ensures your formula's consistency and quality over time, subjecting it to various temperatures within inert packaging over 12 weeks. We meticulously monitor for colour, odour, appearance, and texture alterations, safeguarding your product's integrity. We uphold the highest standards in product testing, ensuring your brand delivers enduring quality and performance to its customers.

Compatibility Testing: With the Silver Seal's approval, we initiate our compatibility testing. For 12 weeks, we carefully store your selected formula in the chosen packaging under different temperatures, vigilantly checking for any formula alterations or packaging interactions. We also evaluate potential leakage, dispensing efficacy, and packaging resilience. Our stringent testing ensures your product maintains its quality and functionality, ensuring a superior user experience under diverse conditions.

Purchase Order: Upon approval of the Silver Seal and final pricing agreement, your brand can confidently purchase finished goods.
