In Process Controller.

Location: Cleckheaton, BD19 4TT.
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week.
Contract Status: Permanent.
Reporting to: Quality Health & Safety Officer.

The Role.

To ensure the production and manufacturing of product is within specification, completing quality inspections promptly, in line with Good Manufacturing Practices and working towards ISO45001, ISO22716 & ISO9001 standards.

The Responsibilities.

Perform quality checks on line to an agreed specification. 
Inspect the products within production to verify specifications are met from manufacture to dispatch.
The control of non-conformances, including reviewing in an effective and timely manner. 
Investigation and analysis and support production for root cause analysis. 
Control and review of quarantine stock. 
Attend key operational meetings.
Calibration & validation of equipment.

Any other duties as required by the Quality Health & Safety Officer.
