Employee Story: Ewelina Choma, Customer Support Coordinator

Ewelina from our fantastic Customer Support team has shared with us her experience working at Orean Personal Care.

"I started work at Orean back in 2012 as a temporary worker. The work was fast and demanding and I obviously must have impressed as in early 2014 I was offered a permanent position. Very quickly I moved from working on the production line to leading a team on the line. It was in this role that I was able to demonstrate my potential and I completed the Process Manufacturing Lever 2 qualification.

In early 2017 I applied for and was promoted in to a customer facing role. I love working with customers, though I still choose to keep my hand in on the production line, leading an occasional shift when we are really busy. Over the next few weeks I will be enrolling onto Customer Service Level 3 Diploma, which is supported by Orean. I have been delighted with my rapid career progression and I look forward to making the most of any future opportunities that arise as the business grows."
